DISPUTE BEFORE COURT.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Friday The N|»7 Zealand Theatro and Stage Employees' dispute came ' before the Arbitration Court to-day. The employees' representatives withdrew the Dominion dispute, whereupon the employers' representatives intimated that they would immediately cite the union to a new dispute and bring it before the Court.
Mr. Justice Frazer, president of the Court, said that if the dispute was to come to Court again so soon it might be as well for the parties to hold a conference. Any decision reached at such conference would be morally binding. The Court would have no hesitation in making an award on the recommendation of the conference "
It was suggested that the conference should take place here on Thursday.
