YOUNG .BOY FOUND DEAD.
SHOTGUN BESIDE BODY
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PBESS ASSOCIATION.] INVERCARGILL, Friday. A death occurred under tragic circumstances to-day, the victim being a boy named George Gough, 13 years of age. At 5 p.m. his mother heard a shot in front of the house. On going to investigate she found the boy in the front bedroom dead with a shot-gun beside him, The case is doubly tragic from the fact that three months ago the boy found his baby brother lying dead in a perambulator apparently as a result of suffocation He had been depressed since.
