COUNT VON LUCKNER.
* ACCIDENT IN AMERICA.
Count Von Luckner, well-known in New Zealand on account of his escape from Motuihi Island during the Great War, was gored by an angry elk in the Yosemite Valley recently, according to a letter received from the United States by an Aucldand resident yesterday. Count Von Luckner was forced to have several stitches inserted in the wound. The letter states that during his visit to America he has been very hospitably received.
