FIFTH ANNIVERSARY. MESSAGE FROM MUSSOLINI. HUMILIATION OF ENEMIES. By Telegraph—Press Association —CopyriKbt. (Received October 30, 6.30 p.m.) Sun. LONDON, Oct. 29. The Rome correspondent of the Westminster Gazette savs the Prime Minister of Italy, Signor Mussolini, issued a message to the Fascists on the occasion of their anniversary. In this he said:— "Deeds, not words, hav% constituted our record in the past five years. For the fifth time the date returns on which, with hearts illumed by hope, we humiliated our faint-hearted enemies. Our arduous work is crowned with the massing of our armed legions, who constitute a solemn warning to whosoever is foolish enough to impede our progress. "Let no one pertect the instruments of revolution. Multiply your forces; tem per your spirits in readiness for any battles. Black-shirts, you are young men, eager for more daring trials. Up witb your standards and rifles. Let the cry of our faith be heard over all the horizons.'
