Portland Cement, Limited, a duly incorporated Company, having its registered office at Auckland in ths Provincial District of Auckland in New Zealand, under the powers vested in it by license conferred by Clause 15 of Order-in-Council, dated the first day of July, 1913, whereby the Company is empowered to take in the manner provided by Part 11. of 'The Public Works Act, 190S" such land as may in the opinion of the Governor, be necessary to enable the Company to construct, maintain, develop, or carry on the various works authorised by such license, requires to take under the provisions of Sections 18 and 19 of " The Public Works Act, 1908" for the purposes of the development of electrical power, the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
