LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
REPRESENTATIVE FIXTURE. CHANGE IN AUCKLAND TEAM. The meeting to-day between the Auckland and South Auckland representatives promises to provide a good gaine o£ [League football at Carlaw Park. The match will decide the holder of the Northern Union Cup. The Waikato team in past seasons has done well, and is confident of giving a , good display to-day. The local thirteen have already had several games together and have developed into a fine combination. . The Auckland team differs slightly from the original selection. Owing to injuries, Gregory is unable to play, arid Crewtber, of EUerslie, has been chosen to fill the vacancy at five-eighths. The teams are as follows: — SOUTH AUCKLAND. Fullback, G- Eaynor; threecuarters, S. Raynor, E. Everest, S. Mikij five-eighths, W. Mikij H. McDonald; halfback, W. Graham; forwards, Jones, Cronin, Jackways, Farrell, Stephenson, Timms. AUCKLAND. Fullback, C. Dufty; threequarters, W. Little, C. List, J. Wilson; five-eighths, M. Wether ill, S. Ci'ewther: halfback, S, Webb; forwards, Clarke, Dixon, Payne, O'Brien, St. George, Hutt. Reserves: Forwards, Hall, Bass, Moisley j backs, Hardgrave, Cleaver, Wade.
