NO ADVERTISING IN RACES. AMATEUR ASSOCIATION'S RULES. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION I WELLINGTON, Friday Rules to debar cyclists from display irig on their cycles any advertising othei than the customary trade-marks during the progress of races held under 'he juris diction of the New Zealand Amateur Association were passed at a special meet ing this afternoon. Costumes worn by competitors are to be club, centre or New Zealand representative costumes, and no advertising matter is to be dis played. Referees were given power to disqualify competitors for a race for breach of the rule.
