Dear Sir®,—Referring to the trial use by the North Shore Transport Company of NITROLYTE on 10 of the Company's buses, I have to inform you that the results have proved to be highly satisfactory, and it is the intention of the Company to use NITROLYTE throughout the whole fleet. The trials were made on the batteries of buses which might be termed worn out, and which were apparently too far gone to do further service. These batteries filled with NITROLYTE are giving excellent service, equal to a new battery. No difficulty is found tn keeping up the light to full capacity, and of using the self starters when cold, which could not previously be done. None of the batteries filled with NITROLYTE - have to be charged on the line; they have kept up their voltage entirely from the generators fitted to the buses without any alterations being made.
