MINING NEWS.
REPORTS OF MANAGERS. Mjunt Welcome.—Good progress is being made with the low level. The reef is small at present, bat is hard on a good wall, and with a change of country should make gold again any shift. No stoping is being done on the last run of gold passed through, as we mtend to keep.driving the face ahead until the country above is further drained, we should be fairly well under another known run of gold above, within the next few shifts, as the runs appear to dip more northerly with the greater depth of the levels.
