WEEK-END WEATHER. HERALD'S SPECIAL FORECAST. The following weather forecast for 48 hours from ? a.m. to-day was supplied to us by Mr. H. M. Vincent last evening :—Squally and unsettled weather is indicated, with heavy showers, particularly in districts bordering on the west coast and m southern areas. Cold and wintry conditions are expected ahd snow on the higher levels in the south, hail and thunder heing indicated in western districts. Westerly to south-westerly winds, strong tn gale Rough seas on west coast. The Antarctic disturbance from thf Tasman Sea is now centred in the South Island.
