The farm is suitable for dairying or grazing and is flat drained swamp land, well watered and subdivided into about eight paddocks. About 540 acres is in grass, the balance being in titree, unimproved. The fences and drains are in fairly good condition. The buildings consist of a fairly modern five-roomed cottage and a large barn. There are also sheepyarda in good condition.
