SIERRA LEONE TAKES ACTION PRACTICE TO BE ABOLISHED. (Received September 21, 7.58 p.m.! LONDON, Sept. 20. A despatch to the Daily Mail from Sierra Leone ssys the Legislative Council, in consequence of a cabled request from the Colonial Office, will sit in special session on Thursday to abolish slavery throughout the Protectorate from January 1, 1925.
