STEAMER'S LONG VOYAGE.
FOUR TIMES OVER EQUATOR. [by telegraph.*-*own correspondent. ] WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Since leaving Wellington a liUle over four months ago, the Union Steam Ship Company's motor oil-tank steamer Otokia has made an unusual and notable voyage. The ve#s<il returned to port on Monday night, after an absence of 128 days, during which period she travelled 28,161 miles. The voyage included three complete traverses of the Pacific Ocean, the circumnavigation of tho South American Continent, four crossings of the Equator, the passage round Cape Horn, a traverse of the whole Atlantic coast of South America, and passage through the Panana Canal. The norn was rounded on July 10, when, according to one of the officers, the sea was smooth enough to have made the passage m a rowing boat.
