BUTTER-FAT PAYMENTS.

NORTHERN WAIROA CONCERN. INCREASES OVER LAST YEAR. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] DARGAVILLE, Wednesday. The payout by the Northern Wairoa Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., yesterday for butter-fat amounted to £44,97J Is 2d, made up as followsßonus on last season's supply, £38,406 17s lid; payment" for August supply, £6564 3s 3d. Tho latter payment was at the rate of Is 4d per lb. The payout on the corresponding date last season was £20,661 10s 4d. made up of bonus, £16,324 18s 4d, and the August payout of £4336 12s, at the rate of Is 5d per lb. The increased payments for the two periods amount to £24,309 10s lOd. The total payments made by the company this season, exclusive of the bonus, amount to £12,414 17s Id, against £9363 19s 7d for the corresponding period last year. With splendid conditions for dairying prevailing, the comapny seems certain to have another record season. TE AWAMDTU CO-OPERATIVE. HIGH ADVANCE FOR AUGUST. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AWAMUTU, Wednesday. The Te Awamutu Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., has paid to shareholders the sum" of Is 6d per lb. for finest butterfat supplied in August. So far, the company's output this season- shows an increase of 37 per cent., compared with the same period last year. THE KAGLAN COMPANY. OUTPUT GREATLY INCREASED. The directors of the Raglan Co-opera-tive Dairy Company, Ltd., have fixed the advance payment for batter fat received during August at ls 5d per li>. for superfine cream. The purchase of an additional ehum for the factory has been confirmed. The secretary reports that the butter manufactured this season showed an increase of 60 per cent, over the corresponding period last year. The amount distributed in cream cheqoes this week was £1055, against £645 for the corresponding period! last year.
