UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS. AGE LIMIT IN ENGLAND. (Received September 21, 8.55 p.m.) Times. LONDON, Sept. 20. The Oxford and Cambridge authorities have jointly decided that inter-University sports meetings shall be confined to members not more than 23 years old on the first day of the October preceding a meeting. This will not apply to members resident before October 1, i 927. FRENCH LAWN TENNIS TOUR. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS. (Received September *2l, 7.56 p.m.) Sun. LONDON, Sept. 20. The Paris correspondent of the Westminster Gazette says arrangements have been completed for the Australian tour of the French lawn tennis players, J. Borotra, H. Cochet, and J. Brugnon. The Australian Lawn Tennis Federation will pay the Racing Club de France £IOOO. and the club will meet all the expenses of the tour.
