O'HIGGINS MURDER.
A REARREST IN DUBLIN. A. and N.Z.-Sun. DUBLIN, Aug. 31. Sean Mcßride, who on August 25 was discharged after having been detained in connection with the alleged conspiracy to murder the lato Vice-President, Kevin O'Higgins, was to-day rearrested on a general charge of conspiracy to murder, under the Public Safety Act. •
