TURKISH DAY OF REST.
ADOPTION OF SUNDAY. (Received August 31, 5.5 p.m.) Sun. CONSTANTINOPLE. Aug. 30. In Cider to conform to international custom, also for financial and economic reasons, Turkey has adopted Sunday as a day of rest. In conjunction with other .Moslem countries Turkey in the past' has reserved Friday for worship. In future Sunday will be renamed Friday.
