BALKANS DISTURBED.
MOVEMENT IN ALBANIA. RESERVISTS CALLED OUT. (Received August 31, 5.5 p.m.) Times. LONDON. Aug. 30. The Belgrade correspondent of the Times says that, according to the newspaper Politika,, nine classes of reservists have been called out by the President of Albania, Ahmed Bey Zogu, to suppress a movement in Northern Albania. The paper says the trouble is purely, internal, but there are rumours that it is spreading and that Yugoslavia fomented it.
