ALLEGED ESPIONAGE.
FRENCH ARMY MANOEUVRES, GERMAN SLSPECT ARRESTED. (Received August 28, 5.20 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Sun. PARIS, A German, aged 30, a native of Wiesbaden, was arrested on a charge of espionage. It is alleged that for several days the German closely followed the French army manoeuvres at Bitche, Alsace-Loiraine. SOVIET PLOT UNEARTHED. FIFTEEN ARRESTS MADE.
