Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Ellerslio Town Board, convened for the purpose, and held on TUESDAY, the 23rd day of AUGUST. 1927. a Resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Board, to be held at the Board's Office, at Ellerslie. on TUESDAY, the 20th day of September, at 7.30 p.m. By the said Resolution, Section 177 of By-law No. 1. of the Ellerslie Town Board, is repealed, and a new Section 177 is enacted in lieu thereof. The purport of the new Sectiotf 177 is to provide that the Occupier of any land or premises on which is erected any Stable. Cowynrd, Cattle Shed or other building wherein any horse or other beast, of burden or draught, or any cattle are kept, or housed, shall keep such premises in such a state of cleanliness as not to be a nuisance or injurious to health, and shall provide an incinerator to be approved of by the Board and cause all dung, manure, filth or other offensive matter to be removed from such premises daily, and to be forthwith effectively destroyed or consumed by fire in such incinerator or otherwise effectively destroyed or consumed in such a manner as not to create a nuisance or be injurious to health.
