CRASH TO DEATH.
MAN FALLS ON A TRAIN. A LIVE RAIL STRUCK. Falling 100 ft. from the roof of a building in London, a man recently struck the roof of a passing train on the Metropolitan Railway, then bounced several feet up before falling on the live rail. Men working in the sheds near the railway line saw the man fall. At first, however, they thought it was a sack falling through the air. On rushing up to the spot, 'however, they were horrified to find that it was a man. He was pulled away from the rails and taken on a stretcher to a hospital, where h§ was found to be dead. Men at work in a room on the top floor of a building saw the man appear on the flat roof outside the window, stand on the coping stone for a few moments, and then crash down below.
