ACTION TAKEN AT TAURANGA [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. TAURANGA, Saturday. The Tauranga Borough Council is tak ing steps to raise a loan of £3500 for carrying out road works for the relief of unemployed. movement is on foot to establish a water supply at Mount Maunganui, and the matter is to be discussed at a public meeting when the question of forming a ratepayers' association will also be considered.
