TLursday The Sopwith Aviation Company, of London (in liquidation), proceeded against Magnus Sanderson, Ltd., of Wellington, recently, claiming £7lO as payment for goods siTpplfed. When the case came before Mr. Justice Reed in the 'Supreme Court, counsel foi the defendant corporation applied for a non-suit. , a judgment on this point, delivered to-day Hi s Honor said that, without expressing his conclud ed opinion at this f ' -f e kad determined to refuse the non-suit.
