PRESENTATION.
At a social at Gordonton Archdeacon E. M. Cowie was presented with a travelling rug and Mrs. Cowie with a salad bowl bv the parishioners of Piako Road. Speakers referred in terms of appreciation to Mr. Cowie's services to the country people while vicar of the Hamilton parish.
