FIRST SEMI-FINAL PLAYED. FREEMAN DEFEATS TUCKER. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. J WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The first semi-final in the New Zealand amateur billiards championship was played to-night, when A. Freeman (Wellington) defeated N. N. Tucker (Wellington) by 666 to 518 The balls ran well for Freeman. The winner's average' was 6.3.
