Caro, to his use, was admitted by Kenneth Hugh Gough, agod 20 years, in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day. Sensor-Sergeant Sweeney sait accused win noticed on Friday evening by Constable; Kice entering Mr. Caro's car in Victoria Street.
