IRREGULARITIES REVEALED. SUM OF £2,500.000 INVOLVED. A. and N.Z. STOCKHOLM, Aug. 9. The Copenhagen newspapers say that the Workers and Peasants Commissariat has discovered irregularities which amount to £2,500,000 in the current accounts of the Soviet.
