[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Tuesday. Another tragic level-crossing accident happened to-day, when a motor-car containing Messrs. Frank Walsh and Thomas Power, both of Takapau, collided with the Napier-bound express at the Ruataniwha crossing, on the Wellington side of Waipukurau. Mr. Walsh was killed outright and Mr. Power is suffering from severe injuries and shock.

The car, which was thrown on to the cattle stops, was badly smashed.
