MAORI'S FATAL DRINK.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] NGARUAY/AHIA. Tuesday.
At an inquest held at Tangarau yesterday concerning the death of a Maori named Maunguroa, who died after drinking methylated spirits, the jury returned a verdict that deceased was poisoned by drinking methylated spirits while in » state of intoxication.
