TRANSFER TO WELLINGTON.

G. Graham, the Opunako and Taranaki representative forward, has left Opunako for Wellington. Before his departure Graham was met by a number of football friends at Opunake, wheu Mr. J. Wilson, president of tho club, made a presentation to him and expressed the good wishes of his friends for his future success. Mr. A. F. Neilson, on behalf of tho Rugby Union, endorsed tho president's remarks, and said Graham's departure would be a distinct loss to the club and to provincial football in Taranaki.
