HOSPITAL AUXILIARY.

CO-ORDINATING ACTIVITIES.

NEW ORGANISATION PLANNED.

A movement is on foot to form an auxiliary organisation in connection with the Auckland Hospital. The objects will be to try to foster a spirit of sympathy between the public and the hospital authorities, to get in with patients' relatives and friends to give help in cases of need.

It is propossd that all existing societies should both help and receive help from the auxiliary and have representatives on its council. Various committees will also be. formed to take charge of particular departments of work. A meeting of those interested in. the new organisation will be held next week.
