Firstly.— all that piece op FREEHOLD LAND, situate in the Land District of Auckland, containing 95 acres' 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Otorohanga No. 3, Section 2, and being all the land comprised and described in Certitificate of Title, Volume 217, folio 21, Auckland Registry, together with the right of way. contained in Memorandum of Transfer.
