Tho Riga correspondent of the Times reports that relations between Russia and Poland have been further complicated by an incident near Minsk, in Western Russia. A White Russian rescue party attacked a po.ve of agents of the Cheka (Russian secret, police), who were in a motor car, and liberated their prisoner, a Polish ini tel'igance officer. Lieutenant Jani.
