Mr. and Mrs. W. N. Tangye, of London, are at the Hotel Cargen. Mr. and Mrs. J. Wilson, of Christchurch, are at the Royal Hotel. The Rev. Dr. H. Ranston left by train last evening, en route to Christchurch. Mr. C. W. White, of Christchurch, and Mr. J. R- Mcßae, of Tirnaru, are at the Royal Hotel. Mr. C. J. S. Norwood, who has been visiting Auckland, returned to Wellington by train last evening. Mr. and Mrs. L. Grant, of Christchurch, and Mr. and Mrs. Phil. Nathan, of Well ington, are at the Central Hotel. Mr. W. CuHen and Mr. F. Reaves, of Wellington, and Mr. R. Conn, of Dunedin, are at the Star Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Blackey, of Wellington, and Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Wreaks, of Pukehuia, are at the Star Hotel. Mr. A. Somerset, of Sydney, and Mr. W. F. Nicholls and Mr. R. Caughley, of Wellington, are at the Grand Hotel. Mr. A. E. Shaw and Mr. M. C. Walker, of Wellington, Mr. 11. S. McLean, of Taihape, and Mr. N. J. Wilson, of Whangarei, are at the Central Hotel. Mr. A. D. Cook, assistant superintendent in Australia and New Zealand for the Sun Insurance, is visiting Auckland. Mr. Cook, who lias his headquarters in Sydney, was formerly general manager in New Zealand for the company. Bishop deary, who is at present touring abroad, will probably return to Auckland before the end of the year. He is at present in Ireland, and he will return to New Zealand via Canada and the United States.
