TRAIN STRIKES LORRY.
DRIVER ESCAPES INJURY. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORIIESPO.VDEKT. ] PALAIERSTON" NORTE. Wednesday. Another * railway crossing accident occurred this morning, when a lorry, the property of the Griffith Cordial Company, was struck by an incoming train at a railway crossing m the vicinity of the Terrace End station. The lorry was almost across the rails when the engine struck it. The vehicle was severely damaged, but the driver escaped serious injury.
