DEATH OF SCHOOLBOY.

FALL FROM A MOTOR-LORRY. ACCIDENT AT MANGERE. As the result of a fall from a motorlorry yesterday morning, fatal injuries were sustained by a schoolboy, Bernard James Louden, aged 10, who resided with his mother in Robertson Road, Mangere. The boy, in company with three othef lads, was on his way to school, when they were given a ride in a passing motorlorry. As the vehicle was proceeding along Coronation Road, Louden and another lad, Francis Overton, fell off. The lorry had proceeded about 30 yards before the driver was aware of the accident, and on returning it was found that Louden was badly hurt. Overton was not injured. The injured lad died on the way to the Auckland Hospital.
