TO-DAY'S WEATHER. HERALD'S SPECIAL FORECAST. The following weather forecast for 24 hours from 7 a.m. to-day was supplied to us by Mr. H. M. Vincent last evening : —A temporary improvement in the weather will be followed by further unsettled conditions, with additional rain over most of the Dominion. Southerly to south-westerly winds, strong and squally, veering by west to north. Seas rough. Due to combined Antarctic and tropical influences, tho general outlook indica'tes a renewal of unsettled weather. Barometric pressure is low and unsteady, and will show a decreasing tendency shortly.
