Vincent -last evening— Fair and warmer weather is with increasing cloudiness for change to follow shortly. Considerable mist and fog in coastal' areas. Heavy rain is expected after about 24 hours, particularly in northern and East Coast districts. Easterly to north-easterly -winds, freshening, and increasing strong to gale. Rough seas on east coast.
