MAGISTRATE TO RETIRE.
MR. R. W. DYER, OF NAPIER. [BY TEr.EGRA PIl. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] KAPIER. Tuesday Mr. B. W. Dyer, S.M., is to retire at the end of this month on superannuation. Mr. Dyer joined the Government service in 1904, when he was appointed district registrar at Invercargill. The following year he became relieving magistrate. for North Canterbury, and later assistant magistrate in Auckland for four years. In 1909 he was transferred to Rotoroa and in 1918 he came to Napier.
