FRENCH PRESIDENT.
COMING VISIT TO ENGLAND GUEST OF KING GEORGE. (British Official Wireless.) A. and N.Z. RUGBY. May 1. Arrangements have now practically been completed for the visit to be paid to London by the President of France, M. Doumergue. The visitor will spend May 15, 17 and 18 as the guest of King George fet Buckingham Palace. He will be escorted across the Channel by six destroyers, and aeroplanes will form an overhead guard en honour. In addition to State engagements M. Doutnargue will be entertained by the City of London authorities.
