Vincent last evening:— Fair to cloudy weather conditions will prevail generally, with cold nights, and morning fogs. Variable and moderate breezes, southerly to south-westerly predominating. The Government meteorologist reported last evening as follows: —Present indications are for variable breezes, easterlies prevailing northward of East Cape and Kowhai, and northerlies elsewhere; weather fair to cloudy generally, but unsettled at times about Foveaux Straits.
