It is hereby notified that a Petition has been presented to His Excellency the Gov-ernor-General, under the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and its Amendments, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a Drainage District under Part I. of the said Act by name of the Wiri Drainage District. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed constitution of the said Drainage District which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs.
