TRAINING MIGRANTS.
COST OF ENGLISH CAMP. A. and N.Z. LONDON, April 7. In the House of Commons, Sir L. Worthington Evans, Secretary for War, stated that the sum required to carry out works at the Catterick migrants' training camp was £1,438,000, which is 62 per cent, above the original estimate.
