VIEWPOINT OF AN EXPERT. "IT SCARES ME LIMP." (Received April 8, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON. April 1. Flight-Lieutenant Soden, who is acknowledged to bo the expert parachutist of tho Royal Air Force, with scores, of sensational instruction descents to his credit, said in a speech: " I would like everyone to clearly understand that I am not one of those who profess to like leaping with parachutes. Those who say they revel in it must have a distorted view of life. , " Stepping from an aeroplane with a parachute in mid-air does more than scare mo stiff—it scares me absolutely limp."
