WORLD'S RECORD BABY.
MOST DIMINUTIVE KNOWN. THRIVING IN SOUTH LONDON. (Received April 7. 8.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON, April 7. The smallest baby in the world has been born at Battersea, South London. The baby weigh elf" 21b. 2oz. at birth, and it was 15m. long and resembled a doll. It has beth tended day and night since December and is now thriving.
