Bartholomew, in returning a verdict of accidental death at the adjourned inquest this morning into the death of Constable Malcolm John Clarke, aged 25 years, who died from injuries after being knocked down by a trarncar on March Si. A verdict was returned that deceased's death was due to injuries caused by an accidental collision with a tramcar while he was riding a motor-cycle.
