PRESENTATIONS.
Associated with the motor trade for nearly a-quarter of a century, Mr. F. B. Gidman and Mr. J. Mnrray were presented with engraved gold watches recently by the staff of 'Dominion Motors, Ltd., of Albert Street. Both the recipients were members of the firm of Gillett Motors. Ltd., which was recently absorbed by Dominion Motors. They have been connected with the old firm since its inception 23 years ago. In making the presentation, the manager, Mr. J. S. Lang, referred to the part played by both men in the development of the motor trade of Auckland. Mr. Cadman is leaving for a 12 months' visit to the United States, and Mr. Murray will also leave Auckland for a year's holiday.
