BODY FOUND IN CREEK.
DROWNED IN'SHALLOW WATER FATE OF AN ELDERLY MAN. : [Hi* TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] , CHEISTCHURCH. Thursday. A drowning accident occurred to-day, when James Jo'.nston Colclough, aged 69, ivas found lying in a little creek not far from his place of residence at Belfast. Mr. Colclough had left his , house apparently in his usual state of health. When he did not "return, a search was made, and his body was found in 2ft. of ' At the inquest, the coroner, Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., returned a . verdict that death was due to drowning, there being no evidence to show how the drowned man got into the water.
