Eaging bush fires have swept across :Enanv miles of the soutnern portion of Bruni Island, south of Hobart. Fortunately no lives were lost, but tremendous damage was done to crops and stock. Several timber mills, and the Anglican Church' at Adventure Bay, as well as many settlers' homes, were damaged. ADELAIDE OUTBREAK. ESTIMATED DAMAGE £20,000.
