CRUISERS TO BE SCRAPPED. (Received Feb. 9, 9.15 p.m.) A. and N.Z MELBOURXE. Feb. 3. The Australian cruisers Melbourne and Sydney are to scrapped after the visit of the Duke of York Both ships will be taken to England for this purpose*
